The Challenge
Naukri wanted to engage India's young, digital-first audience in a way that felt authentic, culturally relevant and highly shareable. The objective was to reposition job discovery as an engaging conversation rather than a transactional process.
The Opportunity
The IPL presented the ideal platform, where sport, fandom, humour and popular culture converge at scale. This created an opportunity to connect Naukri with a younger audience by embedding the brand within cricket culture instead of advertising around it.
Our Approach
Burman Sports conceptualised and executed "The Coolest Job Ever", centred around the search for RCB's Fan-in-Chief. Bringing together Danish Sait, RCB's passionate fanbase and creator-led storytelling, the campaign transformed a fictional role into a participatory fan experience. By integrating the brand seamlessly into the RCB ecosystem, the campaign encouraged fans to apply, share and become part of the narrative.

Impact
The campaign successfully made Naukri more relevant to a younger audience by turning job discovery into a cultural conversation. Rather than simply reaching fans, it inspired active participation and social engagement, demonstrating how the right sporting platform and creative storytelling can transform a brand message into a fan-first experience.
